I was a patient with them for 3 years. Never had I left the place without comfort and reassurance in mind. The staff and receptionists are all very friendly and easy to approach.

I’ve had such a positive experience here:) The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They’re very patient and flexible with booking times, they try to accommodate my schedule which makes it more convenient for me working full time. They’re also always happy to help and answer any questions I have. Overall, very reliable and professional – highly recommend!

I checked out several orthodontic practices before choosing Glenferrie Orthodontics and I’ve been so glad to find them. They are thorough, careful, clear, informative and absolutely delightful to deal with. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We have been very happy with the care at Glenferrie Orthodontics Dr Poon began seeing my daughter at age 8. She required extensive treatment and a well thoughtout plan. Every appointment Martin was so gentle with her, and calmly explained our options with a positive approach.
We felt well informed and in excellent hands every step of the way and highly recommend the team at Glenferrie Orthodontics.
